Tim began his career with Panel Equipment Sales (PES) working on the steam dock cleaning and painting machinery. Tim quickly moved into the dismantling and shipping department were he managed and worked on such projects as the Kogap liquidation, Weyerhaeuser’s MDF dismantling and other large projects. In 1997 Tim became shop Forman at PES, overseeing all rebuilding of used machinery and the construction and design of panel machinery. In 1998 Tim was moved into the Sales office at PES, becoming the Southern Sales Manager. Within 2 years Tim became PES’s top salesman. In 2002 Tim joined Spar-Tek industries before moving to Mill Machinery as President in 2003.

Al began his career at Multnomah plywood in 1962 starting on the green chain ultimately becoming the mill General Manager. In 1980 Al took the General Managers job at Alpine International for 3 years before being hired by Panel Equipment Sales (PES) as their Oregon and Washington sales manager. Within 5 years Al took over all international sales for PES covering Asia, Russia, Africa, South America and Australia/New Zealand. In 2002 Al went to Coe Manufacturing as a regional sales manager covering the Western States and Canada. Starting in 2005 Al came to Mill Machinery as the General Sales Manager and industry wide Consultant.
DAVE COWAN - 503-730-4791 Dave is a Graduate of the University of Idaho with a BS in Business Administration. A Certified Public Accountant he worked for Ernst and Young in Los Angeles and Portland focusing on large international companies as well as small private firms. Dave joined Panel Equipment Sales in 1996 as the Chief Operating Officer becoming President in 1999. In 2002 Dave started Mill Machinery LLC. In 9 years MMC has grown from a single 1,000 square foot warehouse/shop to over 10,000 square feet of shop space and 50,000 square feet of warehouse capacity in three states. |
